Bruce Derrick Williams
Chef Bruce Derrick William is a food scientist, master chef, published author, and artist. His passion for the arts began at an early age learning to draw and cook from his father who was a brilliant artist and chef. This enthusiasm was reinforced by school trips to famous museums and art galleries. He has been on the "Art Path" from the
Chef Bruce Derrick William is a food scientist, master chef, published author, and artist. His passion for the arts began at an early age learning to draw and cook from his father who was a brilliant artist and chef. This enthusiasm was reinforced by school trips to famous museums and art galleries. He has been on the "Art Path" from the start. He says "I get excited from exploring the wonderful world of creativity and innovation."
He is committed to education and sharing his many years of experience as a consultant chef at Rutgers University (CAFT) Center for Advanced Food Technology, owner operator of Latitude 39 Food Manufacturing and chef owner of BREWTERS GLOBAL CAFE. In addition he taught healthy cuisine at Atlantic Cape Community College and his most recent being a chef for Bobby Flay at the Borgata Casino and Spa in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
